Tis the season of colds and flus. With all the shopping, parties and being out and about, we are definitely more at risk for developing an illness. One of our best defenses is simply washing our hands. Make sure to use a good amount of soap, rub your hands together to create friction and then rinse well under warm water. It’s that simple.
