These shipping terms apply to retail orders placed with Solidea U.S.
In-stock orders
Orders for in-stock items received by 2 PM Eastern Time on business days usually ship the same day. Orders received after 2 PM, on weekends, or on holidays usually ship the next business day. Shipment timing is not guaranteed.
Special-order garments
Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery of special-order garments. Available shipping services do not shorten the time needed to obtain these items.
Shipping services and rates
We ship only to addresses within the United States.
Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination, package weight, and service selected. Carrier delivery dates are estimates.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email orders@solideaus.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to help before shipment. Once an order has shipped, eligible items must follow our return process. Clearance items are final sale.
Undeliverable packages
Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or inability to deliver will be canceled and refunded, less the original shipping charge.
