Solidea Micromassage Armbands — Compression Arm Sleeves – 15–21 mmHg

Solidea Micromassage Armbands combine seamless Italian craftsmanship with a distinctive wave-patterned knit and 15/21 mmHg graduated compression. These compression arm sleeves provide wrist-to-upper-arm coverage while leaving your hands free.

The raised knit works with your natural movement to create a gentle micromassaging action. Designed to support the management of edema and lymphedema-related arm swelling, they offer a textured alternative to smooth compression sleeves.

Best For

  • Support for lymphedema-related arm swelling when 15/21 mmHg compression is recommended.

  • Edema management as part of your healthcare professional’s care plan.

  • Wrist-to-upper-arm compression with uncovered hands.

Key Features

  • Micro-Massage technology: Raised wave-patterned fabric creates a gentle massaging action as you move.

  • Seamless comfort: Soft, stretchy fabric follows the contours of your arms.

  • Stay-up support: A silicone elastomer band helps keep each sleeve in position.

  • FIR yarn: Mineral additives in the yarn absorb body heat and re-emit it as far-infrared energy.

  • Antimicrobial treatment: An additional fabric feature for everyday wear.

  • Sold as a pair: Two arm sleeves per package.

Compression Level

15/21 mmHg graduated compression, strongest at the wrist and decreasing toward the upper arm. For medical swelling, follow your healthcare professional’s guidance on compression level and fit.

Fabric & Details

  • 80% Nylon (Polyamide), 20% Elastane (Spandex)

  • Coverage: Wrist to upper arm; hands remain uncovered

  • Silicone support band

  • Product code: 0507A5

  • Made in Italy with OEKO-TEX® certified materials.

The Wave Impression

The textured knit can leave a temporary wave pattern on your skin after removal. This is expected and should fade shortly.

Garment Care & Reordering

Caring for your garments

Always follow the care instructions on your garment’s label or packaging. Instructions may vary by fabric and garment.

Washing

Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Where machine washing is permitted by the care label, use a delicate cycle and a laundry bag. Follow the label’s washing-temperature limit.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener. For garments containing wool, follow their specific care instructions and use a suitable wool detergent.

Drying

Air dry away from direct sunlight, radiators, and other heat sources. Do not tumble dry unless the garment’s care label specifically permits it. Follow any instructions to dry flat.

Putting on your garment

Try on your garment with clean, dry skin. Rubber donning gloves can help protect the fabric and distribute it evenly. Remove jewelry that could snag the garment, and avoid pulling the fabric with your fingernails.

If you may need to return your garment

You may try on your garment for a reasonable period—up to a few hours indoors—to assess fit and comfort.

Washing is allowed, but use only fragrance-free detergent. Returned garments must be fragrance-free, and original tags must remain attached and unaltered, with no cutting or writing.

Please review our full Returns & Exchanges information before returning an item.

Replacing and reordering

Garment life varies with use and care. Check regularly for damage, loss of elasticity, or changes in fit. If you are unsure whether your garment needs replacing, contact us.

Recheck your measurements against the product’s current size chart before reordering.

Arm bands

"I've worn them for years. Best lymphedema treatment I've found"

— Paula L. (5/5)

Love these armbands. I have

"Love these armbands. I have tried several types and these are by far the best."

— Janet S. (5/5)

Perfect for me

"I have lymphoma and tried all the other sleeves , but they were uncomfortable. Then, I found the Solidea sleeves and they really are comfortable - much more than the other brands. I don’t even think about them once they are on. I’ve been wearing this brand every day for years and have had no trouble with them."

— Karen T. (5/5)

Compression Sleeve

"Very happy with Active Massage Armbands. Had prescription sleeves that seemed to cause more swelling in my hand. A friend recommended the Solidea brand and I'm glad she did. Less swelling!"

— Patricia R. (5/5)

Best Compression Sleeves

"I need light compression for Lymphadema. These are the first ones they stay up, are comfy and still provide compression. If you need heavy compression, these are not for you. But for days when light will work, I can’t recommend them enough! And I’ve tried them all!!!"

— Angie H. (5/5)

Wonderful

"Provides excellent compression. Easy to don/doff. Have since ordered the sleeve with gauntlet which I like even better. I have persistent arm swelling from an infiltrated IV from 2 years ago. I wear the arm sleeve with gauntlet on day when I exercise with resistance bands and it keeps the swelling down. Love the fabric. Have also purchased leggings but haven't tried tgem yet. Great company."

— Pearl R. (5/5)

Way too tight in the wrist

"i spent so much money on these arm compression sleeves because I read that they are well made and the material is soft. I followed the size guide to the letter and got mediums. I can’t wear them more than a few minutes because my wrist starts hurting and my hand goes numb. The rest of the sleeve fits fine. I don’t have large or out of proportion wrists, these garments are just too tight in the wrist area. I spent more on these than the others combined, and I can’t wear either of them."

The absolute best arm bands!!

"The absolute best arm bands!!"

Comfortable and Easy to Wear

"I've been wearing Solidea active massage armbands for years for my lymphedema post partial mastectomy. They are much more comfortable than prescription compression garments and easier to purchase and replace as needed. Once I found them I haven't gone back to other garments."

— Mary C. (5/5)

Love the Active Compression

"I have been wearing the compression sleeve on the arm where I had lymph nodes removed. It’s only been a few days, but right away I could tell a difference! I feel like it actively moves fluid rather than just squeezing my arm like other compressions sleeves have done!"

— Brian M. (5/5)
