Laundering

For best results, hand wash your garment using a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring) and lay flat to dry. Your garment can be machine washed in a lingerie bag with warm water on the delicate cycle and dried at a low temperature setting. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or other laundry additives.

When You Receive Your Garment

Try the garment on clean, dry skin (no moisturizer or perfume). We recommend the use of rubber (donning) gloves to protect the integrity of the garment and help evenly distribute the fabric. If the garment fits properly, wash before use.

When To Reorder

Replace your garments every 3 to 6 months depending on wear.

"I love these leggings. I wear undies on the outside of them so I can just pull my undies and regular garment down quickly while using the restroom. No pulling and tugging to get these down and then back up during every single break. I'm thrilled these sit just below my breasts, bc I have blood pooling in my abdomen and lower legs due to orthostatic issues. This one garment addresses both beautifully, and keeps me more balanced with less fatigue and brain fog. I usually have to rest after getting into these and other compression garments. These are definitely worth it for their positive impact. Thank you so much for the perfect garment!"

Waist band too high impedes breathing/moving

"Great idea but not for small, long-waisted shapes with lower body lymphedema. It is painful to be so restricted at the rib cage. Also, I have noticed that the champagne color of the lymphatic garments has much less compression than the other colors. A few years ago the company sold the dark brown, which worked for my darker skin, according to my memory, that color had less compression as well."

"The compression is higher than regular wave leggings. It was a challenge getting them on the first time. It takes alittle extra pulling to get the crotch in place after a bathroom break. Overall, I really like them"

"Open crotches is a game changer for leggings because there is less wear in pulling down the leggings as often. The leggings don’t offer as much compression, which is a star deduction. Also, the very high waist is an another half star deduction because my lymphatic issues are from upper thighs and below. That being said, I am glad for the option of wearing a pair of panties over the leggings for most of my restroom visits. It would be great for different color options with more compression."
