The Solidea Opera Bamboo PLUS Open-Toe Knee-Highs combine firm 23–32 mmHg graduated compression with the exceptional softness and breathability of bamboo-rich fabric. The PLUS fit is specifically designed to accommodate increased calf and lower-leg circumferences while providing the same therapeutic compression as the standard Opera Bamboo.

Designed for both women and men, Opera Bamboo PLUS may be appropriate for managing lymphedema-related swelling, edema, chronic venous insufficiency, venous stasis, varicose veins, and other venous or lymphatic conditions when recommended by a healthcare professional.

The bamboo-rich fabric is exceptionally soft, breathable, and comfortable against the skin, making it especially appealing for people who have difficulty tolerating conventional synthetic compression garments. Bamboo also helps regulate temperature for comfortable extended wear.

The open-toe design leaves the toes and forefoot unrestricted and may be especially useful for people with sensitive toes, forefoot concerns, trophic skin conditions, or hallux valgus. It also allows greater flexibility with footwear.

Do not select your size based on clothing size or shoe size alone. Use the measurements shown on the Opera Bamboo PLUS size chart, particularly your ankle and calf circumferences. For swollen or edematous legs, accurate circumference measurements are especially important. When possible, measure earlier in the day before swelling has increased.
