• Use a cloth measuring tape
  Take measurements on bare skin in centimeters
• Lay tape flat and keep snug without creating indentations
• Measure the circumference point in the diagram

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Exchanges: One exchange per order. Same garment only—different size and/or color.

Final Sale: Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Garment Condition:

• • Unworn garments may be returned or exchanged.

  • Worn garments must be undamaged, unaltered, and not laundered with perfumed detergent.

  • Damage from human error (tears, runs, holes, writing on tags) is not covered.

  • Tip: Use rubber gloves when putting garments on to avoid damage.

Return & Exchange Instructions

1. Email orders@solideaus.com to request an RMA number.

2. Clearly write the RMA on the outside of your package—items without it may be returned to sender.

3. Ship your return within 15 days of receiving the RMA.

4. Customer pays for return shipping. No restocking fees.

Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refund issued to original payment method, minus shipping.
