Solidea Monocollant PLUS is a unique single-leg therapeutic compression tight designed to provide 18–21 mmHg graduated compression from the foot through the upper thigh while leaving the opposite leg completely unrestricted. The PLUS fit is designed for fuller or swollen lower limbs and accommodates increased leg and thigh circumferences.

Designed for people who need therapeutic compression on only one leg, Monocollant PLUS may be appropriate for the management of lymphedema, edema, venous insufficiency, varicose veins, and post-operative swelling when this level of compression has been recommended.

A soft, seamless upper band supports the stocking at the thigh and connects to an adjustable elastic waist belt for added security without requiring compression over the opposite leg or abdomen. The garment can be worn on either the right or left leg.

The open-toe design leaves the toes unrestricted and provides greater freedom around the foot. It can be especially helpful for people with sensitive toes, forefoot concerns, trophic skin concerns, or hallux valgus.

Compression Level

Graduated compression applies its greatest pressure at the ankle and gradually decreases up the leg. This therapeutic compression level may be appropriate for edema, venous insufficiency, varicose veins, post-operative swelling, and lymphedema-related swelling when this level of compression has been recommended.

Fit Note

Monocollant PLUS uses a separate size chart from the standard Monocollant and is designed for people who need additional circumference through the leg and thigh, including those experiencing swelling associated with venous or lymphatic conditions.

Do not select the PLUS version based on your usual clothing size. Use your ankle and leg measurements and follow the Monocollant PLUS size chart carefully. For swollen limbs, circumference measurements are particularly important.

The same garment can be worn on either the right or left leg.
