Size Guide

Solidea Monocollant CCL.1 Open Toe

Targeted compression for one leg, with comfortable support at the waist. Monocollant provides graduated compression from the foot to the upper thigh, secured by an adjustable waist belt rather than a traditional stay-up band.

The single-leg design can be worn on either the right or left leg. Soft, elastic fabric adapts to the limb, while the open toe leaves your toes free.

Best For

  • Those who need compression on one leg.
  • Venous insufficiency and related leg swelling.
  • Lymphedema and edema management.
  • Post-operative swelling support under your healthcare professional’s guidance.
  • Those who prefer waist-supported compression instead of a silicone stay-up stocking.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Single-leg coverage: Supports the affected leg without covering the other.
  • Adjustable waist support: An elastic belt passes through a loop at the top of the stocking to help hold it in place.
  • Either-leg design: Suitable for the right or left leg.
  • Open-toe comfort: Leaves the toes unrestricted.
  • Soft upper band: A seamless elastic band provides a comfortable transition at the upper thigh.
  • Massaging sole: Adds textured comfort beneath the foot.

Compression Level

18/21 mmHg graduated compression — European CCL1.

Compression is greatest at the ankle and gradually decreases up the leg to support venous return. Follow your healthcare professional’s recommendation when choosing compression for a diagnosed condition or following surgery.

Garment Care & Reordering

Caring for your garments

Always follow the care instructions on your garment’s label or packaging. Instructions may vary by fabric and garment.

Washing

Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Where machine washing is permitted by the care label, use a delicate cycle and a laundry bag. Follow the label’s washing-temperature limit.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener. For garments containing wool, follow their specific care instructions and use a suitable wool detergent.

Drying

Air dry away from direct sunlight, radiators, and other heat sources. Do not tumble dry unless the garment’s care label specifically permits it. Follow any instructions to dry flat.

Putting on your garment

Try on your garment with clean, dry skin. Rubber donning gloves can help protect the fabric and distribute it evenly. Remove jewelry that could snag the garment, and avoid pulling the fabric with your fingernails.

If you may need to return your garment

You may try on your garment for a reasonable period—up to a few hours indoors—to assess fit and comfort.

Washing is allowed, but use only fragrance-free detergent. Returned garments must be fragrance-free, and original tags must remain attached and unaltered, with no cutting or writing.

Please review our full Returns & Exchanges information before returning an item.

Replacing and reordering

Garment life varies with use and care. Check regularly for damage, loss of elasticity, or changes in fit. If you are unsure whether your garment needs replacing, contact us.

Recheck your measurements against the product’s current size chart before reordering.
