Fit Note

Savannah Lace Knee-High 70 should feel smooth and gently supportive through the lower leg, but not painful, restrictive, or tight at the top band. The knee-high band should sit below the bend of the knee and stay in place without rolling, pinching, or creating deep marks.

If you notice deep marks, numbness, discomfort, cold toes, color changes, irritation, rolling at the top band, or swelling above or below the band, remove the garment and recheck your size. If you are using compression for a diagnosed medical condition, follow your healthcare provider’s guidance.

Laundering

For best results, hand wash your garment using a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring) and lay flat to dry. Your garment can be machine washed in a lingerie bag with warm water on the delicate cycle and dried at a low temperature setting. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or other laundry additives.

When You Receive Your Garment

Try the garment on clean, dry skin (no moisturizer or perfume). We recommend the use of rubber (donning) gloves to protect the integrity of the garment and help evenly distribute the fabric. If the garment fits properly, wash before use.

When To Reorder

Replace your garments every 3 to 6 months depending on wear.

Exchanges: One exchange per order. Same garment only—different size and/or color.

Garment Condition:

    • Unworn garments may be returned or exchanged.

    • Worn garments must be undamaged, unaltered, and not laundered with perfumed detergent.

    • Damage from human error (tears, runs, holes, writing on tags) is not covered.

    • Tip: Use rubber gloves when putting garments on to avoid damage.

  1. Email orders@solideaus.com to request an RMA number.

  2. Clearly write the RMA on the outside of your package—items without it may be returned to sender.

  3. Ship your return within 15 days of receiving the RMA.

  4. Customer pays for return shipping. No restocking fees.

Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refund issued to original payment method, minus shipping.

Exchanges: Once we receive your item, we’ll send your new garment with free outbound shipping.
