From Solidea, the Italian brand known for refined compression, Silver Support Knee brings advanced orthopedic support into a soft, wearable sleeve design. This seamless knee support provides firm 23–32 mmHg graduated compression to help support the knee joint during daily movement, work, recovery, and sports.

Rigid lateral knit bands help support the knee, while softer fabric at the kneecap and behind the knee allows easier bending and movement. A silicone elastic band helps keep the support properly positioned during wear.

Solidea orthopedic supports are precision-knit with targeted support zones and lighter stretch areas for comfort, flexibility, and ease of movement. To protect the fabric, please put the garment on carefully and avoid pulling with fingertips, fingernails, jewelry, or sharp pressure. Instead, ease the support into place gradually with the palms of your hands.

Damage caused by fingernails, jewelry, or forceful pulling may not be considered a product defect.

Wear Note

The silicone band should be worn against clean, dry skin. Avoid lotions, oils, or powders where the silicone band sits, as they may affect grip.

Solidea recommends washing the silicone band with neutral soap before use to help improve adhesion.

Fit Note

Silver Support Knee should feel firm and supportive, but not painful, restrictive, or tight enough to cause numbness, tingling, color changes, or swelling. Remove the support and recheck your size if you notice discomfort, deep marks, irritation, rolling, slipping, or reduced circulation.

Laundering

For best results, hand wash your garment using a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring) and lay flat to dry. Your garment can be machine washed in a lingerie bag with warm water on the delicate cycle and dried at a low temperature setting. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or other laundry additives.

When You Receive Your Garment

Try the garment on clean, dry skin (no moisturizer or perfume). We recommend the use of rubber (donning) gloves to protect the integrity of the garment and help evenly distribute the fabric. If the garment fits properly, wash before use.

When To Reorder

Replace your garments every 3 to 6 months depending on wear.

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Exchanges: One exchange per order. Same garment only—different size and/or color.

Special Orders: Return only, no exchanges.

Garment Condition:

    • Unworn garments may be returned or exchanged.

    • Worn garments must be undamaged, unaltered, and not laundered with perfumed detergent.

    • Damage from human error (tears, runs, holes, writing on tags) is not covered.

    • Tip: Use rubber gloves when putting garments on to avoid damage.

Return & Exchange Instructions

  1. Email orders@solideaus.com to request an RMA number.

  2. Clearly write the RMA on the outside of your package—items without it may be returned to sender.

  3. Ship your return within 15 days of receiving the RMA.

  4. Customer pays for return shipping. No restocking fees.

Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refund issued to original payment method, minus shipping.

Exchanges: Once we receive your item, we’ll send your new garment with free outbound shipping.
