Fit Note

For the best therapeutic benefit, use your ankle and calf measurements and follow the Opera Bamboo size chart carefully. Measure the ankle at its narrowest point and the calf at its widest point.

For swollen or edematous legs, select your size using the circumference measurements rather than relying on your usual clothing or shoe size. When possible, measurements should be taken in the morning when leg swelling is typically lower.
